7 .Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the the full product?

Over the course of this production I feel that my technical skills to do with Photoshop and other technology devices has improved a lot, before we started this task I never knew how to crop a picture properly on Photoshop but now I am able to:
¨Crop a picture in a professional way by using the eraser tool and magnetic lasso tool
¨ How to use 3 or more colours for my background
¨How to give an outline/stroke around my masthead, I done this by right clicking onto the layer that I want to give an outline to and then when I done this I saw blending options so I clicked on that and then went all the way down to stroke.
¨How to change the lighting in a photograph I done this by clicking on to image and then clicking on auto colour and if I wanted to increase the brightness of the photo I would need to click on image again and then click on adjustment and then go to brightness and contrast
¨How I made my main image look smooth was by using the blur tool
If I was to compare my music magazine and school magazine together
I would say that in my school magazine the colour schemes do not link in with each other and also the typography that I used does not feel as if it was appropriate for an actual school magazine and it did not seem attractive or eye catching in any type of way at all  my layout to me seems very basic it feels like I didn't really put a lot of effort or thought in the magazine, I didn't not put in what issue it was  however with my music magazine I think the colours work well together and the colour scheme works well with the genre. When I look at it I can already tell that its a magazine that is representing the a niche genre and also the country that it could be representing.
